This is less of a job and more a way of life! All our crew engaged on Cruise Ship and Yachts, is aware of life on board. The ship navigating crew are highly qualified and extremely serious about their jobs. Being on duty all the time, having to smile all the time, having to be courteous and polite all the time. Though most of the time it is enjoyable. This is why the cruise ship job is meant only for those who are peoples people. Working on the ship means being on duty almost round the clock. Crew need to be tough to live this way for 3-10 months and like it. Crew should be able to become part of it, part of the ship that sails it.

We supply crew on rigs, and, each respective crew is comprised of oil drillers, roughnecks, roustabouts, tool-pushers, derrick men and various assistants. There are also operators, electricians, motormen, welders etc. This huge organization also requires various types of service and catering personnel, e.g. cooks and kitchen staff, waiters, cleaners, helicopter staff etc., which we carefully select for this industry.
