One lumpsum monthly and will free Ship Manager's agenda with all crew related issues on board their vessels.Well trained and experienced Fleet Managers, Port Captains, Supt Engineers, crew operators, and worldwide network of partners will secure quality and promptness on all operations related with crew.
Based on BIMCO Crewman B (lumpsum) we are acting as Crew Managers and all crew will be employed by Royal Intel Ltd. Romania

More than two third of our deployed crew is recurring by the rotation systems, successfully implemented together with our principals, over long years of partnerships. From simply providing one seaman or up to full crew of any type and size of vessels, we always adjust our procedures to owners’ needs and fulfill their requirements regardless the size of the business.
Careful selection for Passenger vessels & Yachts
This is less of a job and more a way of life! All our crew engaged on Cruise Ship and Yachts, is aware of life on board. The ship navigating crew are highly qualified and extremely serious about their jobs. Being on duty all the time, having to smile all the time, having to be courteous and polite all the time. Though most of the time it is enjoyable. This is why the cruise ship job is meant only for those who are peoples people. Working on the ship means being on duty almost round the clock. Crew need to be tough to live this way for 3-10 months and like it. Crew should be able to become part of it, part of the ship that sails it.

We supply crew on rigs, and, each respective crew is comprised of oil drillers, roughnecks, roustabouts, tool-pushers, derrick men and various assistants. There are also operators, electricians, motormen, welders etc. This huge organization also requires various types of service and catering personnel, e.g. cooks and kitchen staff, waiters, cleaners, helicopter staff etc., which we carefully select for this industry. Romanian is supplying from many decades the drilling equipment worldwide, and experienced workforce is waiting for the right opportunity to offer their services to foreign drilling companies as well, as long as job stability, and right remuneration in offered.
